About the Founder

Charles Hughes

Founder, Aligned Growth Solutions

Charles Hughes is an operations executive and transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and leading complex service organizations.

He has served in leadership roles from Field Supervisor to Chief Operating Officer across technology companies including Level 3 Communications, High Wire Networks, and Intrado, as well as large-scale retail environments such as Walgreens.

Throughout his career, he has been consistently called upon to:

  • Turn around underperforming operations

  • Build structure in rapidly growing organizations

  • Align teams across distributed and multi-site environments

  • Deliver consistent execution at scale

His leadership approach is grounded in:

  • disciplined execution

  • clear accountability

  • structured operating systems

Before his corporate career, Charles served in the U.S. Army as a First Sergeant during the Gulf War, where he developed the leadership principles that continue to shape his approach today—clarity, accountability, and leading from the front.
